3.3 Compliance: You remain responsible for ensuring all IEPs and educational documents comply with your district, state, and federal requirements.
3.4 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.1 FERPA Compliance: Bridge is committed to protecting student privacy in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
4.2 Data Use: Student data is used solely to provide educational services and will not be sold or used for advertising.
4.3 Local Storage: Certain student information is stored locally on your device for enhanced privacy and security.
4.4 Data Deletion: You may request deletion of student data at any time by contacting support.
5.1 Educational Tool: Bridge is a tool to assist professionals. It does not replace professional judgment, expertise, or legal obligations.
5.2 No Legal Advice: Information provided through Bridge does not constitute legal advice. Consult with qualified legal professionals for specific legal questions.
5.3 State Variations: IEP requirements vary by state. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their specific state regulations.
5.4 Final Review: All documents generated through Bridge should be reviewed by qualified professionals before finalization.
6.1 Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
6.2 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial periods.
6.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
All content, features, templates, and functionality of Bridge are owned by Bridge IEP Planner and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit permission.
8.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of all IEPs, goals, and content you create using Bridge.
8.2 License: By using Bridge, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
8.3 Data Portability: You may export your data at any time.
Bridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of data. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
